We have designed a series of idyllic days that include yoga, outdoor activities, spa treatments, inspiration, reflection, camaraderie, and healthy eating. The Womens Wilderness Institute has been offering high quality outdoor adventures for women and teen girls in the Rocky Mountains and southwestern deserts and rivers since 1998. We offer fun, inspiring, real-life expeditions and courses that will teach you the skills you need for your own outdoor adventures. Rock climbing, mountain biking, backpacking, backcountry yoga retreats, canoeing, flyfishing, and wilderness writing workshops with author Pam Houston. We also offer Build-Your-Own courses for groups. Know a teen girl who could use some fresh air? Fees from Womens Courses help to support the Girls Wilderness Program, which builds courage, confidence, and leadership for teen girls.
The TriChic Training Camps are for female triathletes “beginner to intermediate level” that are training for any olympic, half or full distance races. Participants will receive in-depth coaching in swimming, cycling and running as well as comprehensive seminars on sports nutrition, transitions, stretching, heart rate training, and race strategy. Athletes will be divided into groups of similar abilities.
