Women’s Ice Climbing Intensive, Canadian Rockies. This all inclusive, four day ice climbing course designed for those of you who have climbed ice before and really want to take it to the next level. Three days of skill development in a toprope setting (guide:client ratios of 1:4) and one multi-pitch climbing day (guide:client ratios of 1:2). Intermediate to advanced ice climbers welcome! Kirsty Exner grew up skiing at Red Mountain. She is a two-time silver medallist in the World Extreme Free-skiing Championships, a frequent judge of Free-skiing competitions, an alpine ski instructor, a Pilates instructor, personal trainer and cross country ski instructor.
Helping chicks rip since 1996. Small learning groups of 6 riders to 1 instructor offer intense attention and continual feedback, taking your riding to the next level. Weekend mornings are spent developing technical skills through instruction and drills, while afternoons are spent riding to apply new knowledge on the Whistler Bike Park trails or on trails throughout the Whistler valley.
