The Womens Wilderness Institute has been offering high quality outdoor adventures for women and teen girls in the Rocky Mountains and southwestern deserts and rivers since 1998. We offer fun, inspiring, real-life expeditions and courses that will teach you the skills you need for your own outdoor adventures. Rock climbing, mountain biking, backpacking, backcountry yoga retreats, canoeing, flyfishing, and wilderness writing workshops with author Pam Houston. We also offer Build-Your-Own courses for groups. Know a teen girl who could use some fresh air? Fees from Womens Courses help to support the Girls Wilderness Program, which builds courage, confidence, and leadership for teen girls.
