Artemis Woman Heel Smoother

Let the sparks fly, or should I say dead skin. Don the lab coat, goggles, etc…
So, I tried the Artemis Heel Smoother and am completely amazed at this battery operated machine. My heels are not very big, but they needed smoothing. This will be a project.

Why ARE Men Athletes Happier?

Hope you all had a great holiday weekend. We tried to stay upbeat and cheerful over the weekend here in Jackson, Wyoming but it was hard considering absolutely NO snow fell at all.

I woke up this morning in a no ski, no real exercise for the past few days, too much eating and drinking bad mood. When I opened up my email and read an article sent to me by Andrea Reichert it cheered me up immediately. Actually, I almost spit my coffee across my desk.

Some of you might get annoyed at our male counterparts after reading Why ARE Men Athlete’s Happier , but I hope most of you will laugh your butts off as you start a FULL work week.

Kauai: A swimming paradise.

Again, I must apologize for any spelling and gramatical errors. Would rather be snorkeling with the Sea Turtles over editing._

Have been here for almost a week now. The weather has been absolutely amazing. My Rocky Mountain skin is not used to all of this humidity. My skin is loving it. I have had no need for any moisturizers of any kind. Starting to think my body was not made for sub-zero temperatures and synthetic fibers.

Loving the epic: Adventures in Kauai.

I will start this blog off with an apology for typos and spelling errors. I would rather be surfing than editing. Thanks.

Okay…so you put a bunch of mountain town fun hogs together on a tropical island you are bound to end up with a few epics.

Day 4 in beautiful Kauai. The past two days found us surfing, snorkeling (a few Sea Urchin attacks…ouch), waterfall hunting, waterfall diving (YIKES), flash flood rescues and some vertical wet root climbing. Yeah…no boredom in this group.

We have all collectively decided that if there is a warning listed next to anything in the guide book we NEED to go get it!

Aloha ladies!

Writing to you from Kauai, Hawaii. Yes…
Never been to these islands and I am very excited to give you the full report. Okay, so the long flight in yesterday was not too much fun. Aside from being petrified of flying…we were also plagued with major delays, mechanicals, crying babies, and such! I like to think of myself as a trooper in all situations, BUT…if I was not an adult I would have been crying and kicking just like that baby.
